The Build Only service is a great option for those who already have architectural plans. Our design team will produce the technical drawings needed to meet building regulations and the design information we need to manufacture the structure of your new home offsite in our quality-controlled factory. The structure will be constructed by our team of approved erectors, and we can also provide and fit windows, doors and roof tiles /slates.

In this brief we take you through some easy ways to communicate your ideas, thinking about your needs and desires of your dream home. Once its completed you can pass to your house designer, who will be able to translate your proposal, develop the plans and design a home unique to you.
