Each year we ask you to vote for your favourite Potton self build from the year. With plenty to choose from, the shortlisted homes all vary from traditional in style, through to contemporary designs, and everything in between. Each customer is different, having designed a home that is bespoke to them.
The 2017 winner
Josh Cherry has worked as a timber frame erector for Potton for several years and recently he and his wife Nathalie completed their first new build development with a bespoke design, utilising the Potton planning and design service.
The result is a fantastic property that sold quickly and enabled Josh and Nathalie to move quickly onto their next, more ambitious scheme.
Josh and Nathalie Cherry battled for years to build a timber frame house in the style of a contemporary, cedar-clad barn in their garden.
They told us 'Potton helped us get our bespoke design out of our heads and onto paper and then through the planning process, we were really please with the results'.
